DECREE NO. ΒΔ8/7535-14-ΣΕΠ 

On the establishment of a new heraldic device for the Imperial Household

LET IT BE KNOWN to all who concern themselves with the affairs of the Basileia of the Romans, that noting the conflict of arms between the current blazon of the Imperial Household, and those of the noble house von Schlatt of Switzerland, that The Throne declares the following, with the force of official record: 

Sole Article. The blazon of the House of Afentoulis is described by the following blazon:  

Argent, a double-headed eagle displayed Azure, within a bordure compony of Azure and Argent.

Given under Our hand at Nea Assoukovia (Novo Ashukovo), on the fourteenth day of September, Anno Domini MMXXVI, Anno Mundi ͵ΖΦΛΕʹ.
